Refund Policy

At Olympiad Helper, we value our customers and want you to feel confident about your purchase. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

1. Full Refund Eligibility:
   • If you cancel your subscription/order within 7 calendar days of purchase, you will receive a 100% refund of the payment made for that order.
   • The refund will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
2. Non-Refundable Situations:
   • No refunds are provided for cancellations requested after the 7-day period from the purchase date.
   • No refunds will be given for partially used subscriptions or for subscriptions nearing their expiry date.
3. Processing Time:
   • Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days of receiving a valid cancellation request.
   • Depending on your bank/payment provider, it may take an additional 3–10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.
4. Subscription Term & Expiry:
   • All subscriptions are fixed-term and typically expire on 31st March of the academic year.
   • Expiry dates cannot be extended, and unused time or credits are non-refundable.
